For better appreciation of the video, quality has to take into consideration, and one of the main things to consider first is the composition. Composition is the manner of putting your subject into the frame.
  1. Rule of Thirds - four imaginary lines (two vertical, two horizontal) that serve as a guide on the basic composition of photography and video. The subject is best set off-center to give an impression of dynamism.
  2. Line of horizon - taking a shot of the horizon does not mean cutting the frame into half visually.
  3. Headroom - ample amount of spacing from the top edge of the fram to the subject's topmost part.
  4. Line of Sight - aside from headroom, the subject's line of sight, or point of view which the subject is looking, needs to have a right amount of space.
  5. Shot selection - camera shots vary from extreme long shot to extreme close-up. The type of shot to use depend on the need, mood and objective that the director wants to emphasize
  6. Camera angle - making use of the angle create a different meaning. Shooting from above (low angle) and from below (high angle) give different perspective to the subject making him / her / it small or big depending on the angle.
  7. Background - a suitable background with less distracting or obstructing elements help a better shot and compotion of the subject.
  8. Light - With the right exposure of light, the mood of the subject can change.
