Baily Policarpio of First Philippine Scale and Edith Garcia of Fersal were certain that this year will be another year for their businesses. Policarpio said that this expo can expand their business to more international clients and increase their local customers.
While Myra David of Benchow, a first time exhibitor in PIFBEX, was very hopeful that her company will get the right exposure to start her engagement into food cart business.
Helen Ver of Yamano Farm was positive that the PIFBEX will encourage attendees and exhibitors to use her product, sea salt, for a healthier approach on food preparation.
Over 300 exhibitors will be present at the expo, including both local and international suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers covering all aspects of the F&B industry, from food service, to food processing and packaging, to catering, to equipment and storage, to ingredients and supplies.
